So we recently found out that not only is today National Meatball Day (yeessssss) today but March is also National Frozen Food Month. Which prompted us to ask the age-old question, WWWWWWHHHHHYYYYYY???
Why in the world would there be an entire 31-day period to celebrate what we do our best to avoid at all costs? A day for pancakes? yes. Another to honor the awesomeness of meatballs? You bet. But a month for frozen food? No. No. NO. Only if you’re in the frozen tundra should this make any sense at all. Sorry American Frozen Food Institute …. but not sorry. As Manchester’s favorite American diner, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients we can find. Every item on our menus is meticulously handmade by our chefs and cooks and our staff stands behind the quality of every dish they serve.
We weren’t named Reader’s Pick of the Hippo Best of 2015 by using frozen foods. Manchester knows good food when they taste it and we make good food. Everyday. Morning, noon and night. Offering breakfast all day, Murphy’s Diner represents a time when friendly, prompt customer care reigned and food was prepared with love and the utmost attention to quality.
We invite you to visit us at Murphy’s Diner, located on Elm Street, right next to Murphy’s Taproom. We look forward to proving our devotion to fresh, high-quality foods prepared in the best ways and served with a smile.
